Job Description
Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with CMAR/negotiated contract requirements. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates meet project goals and budgets. Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns and proposals to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks in project estimates and budgets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs in the property and construction industries. Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Support pre-construction and project planning efforts to ensure successful project execution. A successful Senior Estimator - CMAR/Negotiated should have:
Strong expertise in CMAR and negotiated contracts within the property industry. Proficiency in analyzing construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and project teams. Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in project budgets. Knowledge of current industry trends, materials, and labor costs. Experience managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. What's on Offer
