Position Purpose:
As a Sales and Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with fast and friendly service. Your role involves actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and providing tailored assistance. You will gain a strong understanding of our diverse product offerings using various tools, allowing you to effectively sell complete project solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Greet customers warmly and assess their needs. Make recommendations and confidently close sales across your department. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment in your assigned areas. Ensure product availability and uphold high in-stock conditions. Collaborate with the Department Supervisor and associates in your department as well as related departments. Follow all safety policies & standards, complete necessary safety training, report hazards, and work safely.
