About the role: We are seeking a Sales Administrator who brings structure, momentum, and follow-through to our sales engine. This role executes sales initiatives, RFP responses, go-to-market efforts, and revenue-driving processes—owning sales projects end to end, coordinating inputs, delivering polished outputs, and ensuring nothing slips. Key Responsibilities: Sales Opportunity Ownership & Proposal Production
Serve as the point person for all incoming Sales opportunities, RFPs, and change orders.
Interpret requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.
Coordinate with technical and subject-matter experts to gather content.
Write, assemble, polish, and finalize complete RFP packages.
Manage internal reviews and ensure documents meet brand and quality standards.
Own on-time submission and follow-up activities.
Maintain the sales pipeline daily with accuracy and clarity.
Support the staff working on sales in advancing deals, tracking touchpoints, and preparing follow-up actions.
Coordinate outreach, submissions, client communication, and next steps.
Close out stages, log outcomes, and support evergreen sales processes.
Prepare sales insights, summaries, and opportunity dashboards for leadership.
Marketing & Campaign Execution Support
Support marketing team with social media posts aligned with the sales calendar.
Help coordinate webinars, including setup, registration, reminder sequences, and post-event follow-up.
Support email marketing, newsletters, and mass outreach campaigns.
Research, compile, and format prospect lists for sales and marketing initiatives.
Provide direct operational support and prepare documents for the sales team.
Manage meetings, reminders, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.
Maintain organized systems for sales documentation and knowledge management.
Cross department collaboration, data gathering and quantitative/qualitative reporting
Performance Expectations
Own sales opportunities, RFPs, and change orders end to end, ensuring accurate, polished, and on-time submissions
Produce high-quality proposals that meet requirements, reflect Just-Tech’s brand, and support win rates
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline with clear stages, notes, and next steps
Support sales execution by coordinating follow-ups, tracking touchpoints, and keeping deals moving
Deliver timely, actionable sales insights and reporting to leadership
Execute sales and marketing support activities (webinars, campaigns, outreach) with precision and timeliness
Identify and help improve gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in sales enablement, proposal management, and RFP response.
Excellent and efficient writing, editing, and document-polishing skills.
Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort working with engineers, consultants, product teams, and executives.
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools; HubSpot, ConnectWise and Zoho experience a plus.
Able to communicate professionally with internal team members as well as external clients and prospects.

Full-Time Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000 + Bonus (commensurate with experience and geographic location)
