Job Summary The
Account Manager
in the fleet graphics industry at
Advertising Vehicles
is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, overseeing the execution of fleet graphics projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves a blend of sales, customer service, and project management, requiring excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of fleet graphics solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue organic opportunities within the company’s existing client base.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with existing clients, ensuring profitable deals.
Identify referral opportunities from existing clients and pass to Account Executive team to pursue.
Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
Market & Industry Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and project outcomes.
Requirements Required Skills/Abilities
Understanding of fleet graphics solutions, including design, production, and installation processes.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Office based position.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the fleet graphics or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
