
Account Executive

LOOMIS is looking for a standout individual to join our Account Service team—someone who is passionate about the business and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment. As the Account Executive, your key role is to be the client's go-to person and keep all work moving through the agency. You are the communication conduit throughout the shop. You’ll work on challenger brands, guiding integrated campaigns from big idea to execution. We are for someone who’s not just checking boxes—but bringing new thinking to the table.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience either on the client or agency side, working on multi-unit restaurant or CPG brands.
History as a conduit between the client and agency’s media and creative teams
Effective communicator with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce the best product
Possesses an understanding of the media process (including flowcharts) and the impact media has on creative needs, production, and budgets
Possess an understanding of the production process (for print, broadcast, digital, photo, and video production, and promotions)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Executive position requires the ability and skill to manage the agency’s day-to-day relationship with client contacts.
Earn and keep each client’s respect and confidence as a trusted advisor, bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions
Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team
Develop creative briefs
Define project scope, create estimates, and work with PM to create project specifications and time plans
Ensure team members have the information needed to perform the work requested
Contribute to the work with thoughtful feedback
Manage execution of assigned client projects with respect to prioritization, timeliness, and accuracy
Contribute to the creative process; add ideas to the work to make it better
Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
This is a hybrid position—part remote, part in-office—designed to give you flexibility and face time with an incredibly collaborative team.
