3–6 Month Program → Full-Time Opportunity
Location:
Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week in office)**
Paid Fellowship
Gigwell is building the operating system for live event booking. We work with venues, promoters, festivals, talent buyers, and agents around the world.
We’re launching the
Gigwell Sales Fellowship , a 3–6 month immersive program designed to train the next generation of SaaS sales leaders in the live events industry.
This is not a passive internship. It is a performance-based pathway into a full-time role.
Roughly half of our current team started as interns. If you perform, there is real opportunity here.
What is the Gigwell Sales Fellowship? The Gigwell Sales Fellowship is a hands-on training program inside our revenue team. Fellows will learn how a modern SaaS sales engine operates while actively contributing to pipeline growth.
You will work directly with Account Executives and leadership, learning:
Outbound strategy and targeted prospecting
Live events industry segmentation and buyer psychology
CRM discipline and pipeline management
Meeting preparation and deal support
Consultative selling fundamentals
You will not be shadowing. You will be building.
The Ideal Candidate This program is for individuals who are:
Highly competitive and performance-oriented
Passionate about live events, music, or entertainment
Curious about startups and SaaS sales
Comfortable with outreach and learning through repetition
Organized, disciplined, and coachable
Industry experience is not required, but genuine interest in live events is a major plus.
We value hunger and work ethic over résumé polish.
What Success Looks Like
Consistent outbound support and prospect research
Clean CRM work and attention to detail
Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
Ownership over assigned accounts and projects
Clear growth in sales confidence and skill
Top-performing Fellows will be considered for a full-time SDR or sales role at the end of the program.
Why This Is Different
Direct access to founders and sales leadership
Real responsibility from day one
Clear metrics and accountability
A defined pathway into music tech and SaaS
If you want to break into sales, music tech, or live events and earn your spot, apply today!
