What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across various industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
Deliver value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to showcase the benefits of the solutions
Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners
Experience selling technology solutions
