What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in restaurant, retail, and service industries

Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking

Deliver value-based presentations to demonstrate how Genius® can streamline operations and enhance customer loyalty

Collaborate with District Manager to identify sales opportunities and close sales efficiently

Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience

Must reside within the geographic area of the posting

Strong ability to consult and provide solutions to clients

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the fintech industry or familiarity with payment technologies

Strong networking skills and existing relationships within the target market

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Knowledge of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
