What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
Deliver consultative, value-based presentations to demonstrate product benefits
Collaborate with District Manager to identify sales opportunities and close deals
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
Must reside within the geographic area of the posting
Strong ability to develop relationships and close sales
Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the fintech or payment solutions industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Network of contacts within small to mid-sized business sectors
