Responsibilities
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and networking
Deliver value-based presentations, both in-person and virtually, to showcase how Genius® can enhance business operations
Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales efficiently
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Salesforce
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature
Professional presence with the ability to connect with business owners
