Responsibilities
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in restaurant, retail, and service sectors
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and local networking
Deliver consultative presentations to illustrate how Genius® can enhance business operations and customer loyalty
Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications using Atlas and Salesforce
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for both in-person and virtual sales
Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
Must be 18 years or older and reside within the geographic area of the posting
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature with a drive to exceed sales targets
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
