What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, guiding patients from prescription to activation of their Omnipod device
Track and document patient progress in the sales pipeline to ensure effective follow-ups
Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient care and support
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
