What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device, ensuring excellent customer service

Track and document patient progress in the sales pipeline while analyzing data insights to prioritize leads

Address customer inquiries about Omnipod, highlighting its benefits and facilitating informed decisions

Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure smooth patient lead progression

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate degree

0–1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with technology including CRM systems and MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of the managed care industry

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
