What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track and document patient progress through the sales pipeline and analyze data insights to prioritize leads
Address customer inquiries with comprehensive product knowledge and provide tailored communications to support patient needs
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient experiences
Continuously seek process improvements and provide feedback to enhance Inside Sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or related fields such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
