What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, guiding patients from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track and document patient progress in the sales pipeline, addressing any discrepancies or issues
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and promote the benefits of Omnipod
Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure a seamless patient experience
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to internal initiatives as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or related fields such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectivelyProficiency in technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity with the managed care industry
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
Knowledge of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
