What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to the activation of the Omnipod device
Track patient progress in the pipeline funnel and document necessary actions
Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
Provide tailored communications and address patient inquiries regarding Omnipod
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve patient or provider issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field such as healthcare or medical devices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
