What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, guiding them from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device

Track and document patient progress within the sales pipeline

Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact

Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless patient experience

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate degree

0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of the managed care industry

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
