What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the patient onboarding process, guiding them from prescription to activation of their Omnipod device
Track patient progress and document necessary actions in the sales pipeline
Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and tailor communications to patient needs
Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent communication
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
