What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the patient onboarding process, leading patients from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads effectively
Address customer inquiries and tailor communications to drive patient adoption
Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless communication and support
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0‑1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
