What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activating and registering the Omnipod device
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure patient leads progress
Provide product knowledge to address customer inquiries and improve patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
