What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, guiding patients from prescription to activating their Omnipod device

Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken or needed

Analyze data insights and trends to prioritize pipeline leads effectively

Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance sales operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate degree

0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and maintain consistent communication

Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of the managed care industry

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
