What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track patient progress and document actions taken in the pipeline funnel
Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to internal initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree
0‑1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field, such as healthcare or medical devices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
