Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, guiding them from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device Track patient progress in the pipeline funnel and document necessary actions Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure patient leads progress smoothly Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree 0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products) Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
