What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, guiding patients from prescription to activation of their Omnipod device

Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken or needed

Analyze data trends to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and support for patient leads

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Associate degree

0‑1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field such as healthcare or medical devices

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and address challenges proactively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
