What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
Address customer inquiries and proactively resolve patient concerns
Collaborate with field sales and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
