What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track patient progress and document actions taken in the pipeline funnel
Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Continuously seek process improvements and provide feedback to enhance Inside Sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0‑1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
