What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
Address customer inquiries and provide tailored communications to enhance patient adoption
Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to resolve patient issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree required
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
