Overview

US Quest Law is a boutique U.S. immigration law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience preparing EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, and E-2 cases. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. We are looking for a paralegal who can step into an active caseload immediately and manage employment-based and investor immigration matters with a high level of autonomy under attorney oversight. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on complex cases in a fast-paced practice. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, and E-2 cases from intake through filing Organize and review evidence for employment-based and investor petitions Support attorneys in implementing case strategy and conducting eligibility analysis Draft and assemble petition packages, exhibits, and filing checklists Prepare USCIS forms, supporting documentation, and client correspondence Assist with RFE responses, including evidence organization and supporting brief drafting Handle additional case types as needed, including Adjustment of Status and Change of Status filings Track deadlines, case progress, and filing requirements Communicate clearly with attorneys, internal team members, and clients Maintain organized digital case files and ensure filings are USCIS-ready Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience as an immigration paralegal Direct experience preparing EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, and E-2 cases (required) Strong understanding of USCIS forms, procedures, and evidence standards Ability to manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written communication skills Ability to begin handling cases immediately after onboarding Preferred / Plus:

Experience using Docketwise case management system Russian language proficiency Prior work with high-volume or complex employment-based caseloads Work Structure & Compensation
