
Club of New Hampshire is a 18-hole public course in North Sutton, NH. We have 3 buildings on property to store all maintenance equipment. The course itself is over 1 75 acres with a full grass tee driving range.
Position:
The Golf Course Superintendent oversees the maintenance and long-term improvements of the golf course and related grounds. The role requires strong agronomic knowledge, hands‑on leadership, and disciplined budget management. This position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with ownership and Management Company.
Duties and responsibilities
Maintain greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and rough to established standards
Develop and execute agronomic programs for turf health, irrigation, and drainage
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, controlling labor and material costs
Oversee equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement planning
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
Communicate regularly with management regarding course conditions and priorities
Support tournaments, outings, and special events as required
Weekly staff meetings with dept heads
