**About the Role** This role will report to the Director of Executive Development Solutions. We are seeking a high-impact Executive Development Partner to design, deliver, and continuously elevate our executive assessment and onboarding experience. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a key driver of how we select, integrate, and accelerate executive talent. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development with a data-driven mindset and an enterprise-first approach.In this role, you will administer and review executive assessments, build and launch a scalable executive onboarding program, and partner closely with executives, Executive Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure leaders are set up for long-term success. You will influence decisions with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative approach.**Key Responsibilities** **Required Qualifications** • Proven facilitation and executive communication skills; credible at VP+ levels. • Demonstrated ability to architect and launch programs from concept to scale.**Preferred Qualifications** The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. The pay range for this role is **$120,000** to **$195,000** USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
