About GenPeach AI
GenPeach AI builds next-generation multimodal foundation models for hyper-realistic humans in image & video and human-centered AI experiences – designed for creative professionals. We train and deploy our own models and ship them into real products.
We’re a lean, deeply technical team, advised by Directors from Google DeepMind and backed by leading AI-focused funds and angels from OpenAI, Meta AI, Microsoft AI, Project Prometheus and Fal.
About the Role We’re hiring a Founding GTM Lead to own go‑to‑market execution end‑to‑end – working directly with the founding team. You’ll deepen engagement with design partners and early customers, turn product capability into commercial traction and build the GTM playbook from first principles.
This is a founding‑level role with high ownership, significant autonomy and direct impact.
Responsibilities
Own early go‑to‑market execution: community development, content strategy, strategic partnerships and targeted outreach campaigns
Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers across creator, studio and agency segments; recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and testing
Drive early commercial conversations and create structured channels for market feedback
Collaborate with product leadership to develop and execute positioning and messaging, turning technical strengths into clear customer value and narratives
Provide clear, structured market feedback that supports product decision‑making and execution speed
Track the competitive landscape: emerging GenAI creative tools, workflows and user expectations
Represent GenPeach externally with confidence, credibility and strong EQ
You might thrive in this role if you
Thrive operating in ambiguity and can turn early‑stage chaos into repeatable processes
Can build trust quickly with creatives, studios, agencies and power users – and translate their needs into structured insights for the product team
Have strong taste for modern creative tooling and genuinely enjoy experimenting with new GenAI products
Understand how to work closely with product leadership as a market‑facing extension of the team
Take ownership beyond your job description when needed (startup reality)
Communicate clearly in writing and live conversations; you can facilitate discussions, negotiate, and close relationships
Minimum Qualifications
4–8+ years in GTM, partnerships, growth or client‑facing roles, with at least 3+ years serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios
Proven experience in at least one motion: B2B partnerships/sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (creator/prosumer funnels, community building)
Strong customer‑facing skills: discovery, value articulation, relationship management, and user engagement
Hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset with ability to operate independently
Strong candidates may also have
1–2+ years exposure to GenAI products or workflows (hands‑on usage and curiosity for newest tools and models)
Experience building early‑stage go‑to‑market systems from scratch (content, community, partnerships, outreach)
Experience at GenAI or AI‑first startups
Comfort using AI tools/agents for productivity (automation, outreach, research, content, analytics)
Technical enough to understand model capabilities and engage in product discussions
Logistics
Location: US‑based in New York (preferred) or San‑Francisco – remote. Alternatively Zurich or Warsaw – onsite or hybrid. If you’re elsewhere, we’re open to remote or relocation (team/timezone fit considered).
Travel: occasional travel for customer meetings and team off‑sites
Compensation: competitive salary + performance bonus or equity
What we offer
Visa sponsorship (where applicable)
Remote‑friendly: fully remote, hybrid, or on‑site from our hubs
Regular off‑sites and in‑person events
Flexible PTO
