Overview The Manager, Digital Activation will be responsible for driving digital revenue growth, providing subject matter expertise, and managing both internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in programmatic subject matter expertise and/or partner management and will be able to build and manage relationship with internal partners and key decision-makers in the digital ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities

Main point of contact and support sales for Digital Activation business for direct sales team, ensuring building a digital strategy with clients and their agency and strong execution.

Mentor the sales team, providing ongoing coaching and training, for Digital Activation.

Work with Product and Data ProdOps team to know all process flows, partners and provide input to process documentation and training.

Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers within Publicis Groupe, Epsilon, and the broader industry.

Track revenue performance and identify market opportunities for direct sales leadership

Drive programmatic and social revenue using Epsilon data for brand clients

Drive digital activation revenue from Publicis Groupe agencies

Support Client Growth and New Logo teams to scope opportunities for assigned verticals

Develop solution proposal, test and rollout plan, pricing and ensure the final results meet expectations

Document the workflow and data flows for solutions as vital

Manage the opportunity pipeline, including managing opportunities throughout the sales process (including contracts) and reporting on status

Prepare pipeline management reports, Salesforce.com and MFC reports as requested

Experience

5 - 8+ years of programmatic experience in a sales or partner manager role, preferably within the digital marketing advertising and social media advertising space.

Strong experience in relationship-building with sales, partner and advertising professionals.

Proficient in data analytics tools to analyze performance and uncover market opportunities.

Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring.

Strong understanding of Digital Activation and Data-driven marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and social skills.

Base Salary: $71,100 - $143,300

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
