What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Advise and represent the organization on contract negotiation and administration matters
Conduct assessments of proposals, negotiate and execute contracts, and manage customer interactions
Prepare bids, process specifications, and reports; advise on contractual rights and obligations
Analyze cost structures and ensure accuracy in pricing and delivery schedules
Work autonomously on contract and proposal activities while managing unplanned requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
Experience with Contracts, Subcontracts, or Procurement under FAR and/or DFARS
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Sole Source Proposals and compliance with the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (TINA)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Direct engagement experience with external customers
Experience negotiating proposals and contracts of medium to high complexity
Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams
