Job Responsibilities
Manage enterprise-wide contracts through the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution
Monitor contract status post-execution, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with company policies
Support the management of contract management software, enhancing user experience and workflows
Maintain accurate records and reporting on contract review volumes and service level thresholds
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless contracts experience
Qualifications
Minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience in contracts administration or legal support
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contract management software such as Coupa and Docusign
Familiarity with the use of bots and AI in contract review
Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for the employer’s mission
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure
