This is not an early concept stage company. Product market fit is established, referenceable blue chip clients are live, and the board has committed serious capital to scaling enterprise revenue over the next 24 months. As part of that strategy, they are hiring a Strategic Account Executive to focus on their most complex and high value enterprise opportunities.
The Opportunity This role sits at the sharp end of the company’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for leading large, strategic enterprise pursuits across national and global carriers, driving executive engagement and shaping transformational deals tied to measurable operational and financial outcomes.
The platform’s AI capabilities are not incremental enhancements to legacy systems. They are fundamentally modernising how insurers assess risk, manage performance and unlock data driven decision making at scale. The company is already working with some of the most respected names in the industry and is building a reputation as the partner of choice for forward thinking insurance leaders.
This is a high visibility position internally and externally. You will work directly with senior leadership, product and technical teams to craft enterprise level solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to your customers.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive strategic enterprise sales across Tier 1 carriers and major insurance groups
Build and execute detailed multi year account plans
Engage C Suite and senior functional leaders across underwriting, claims, actuarial and operations
Lead consultative discovery processes aligned to board level business priorities
Navigate complex procurement, legal and security processes
Shape commercial structures that align long term value with client outcomes
Collaborate closely with product, AI and executive leadership teams
Represent the company in high profile industry settings
Profile Sought
Proven success closing large, complex enterprise SaaS deals within Insurance or Financial Services
Demonstrated ability to manage multi stakeholder, long cycle sales processes
Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders
Structured, strategic approach to territory and pipeline management
Comfort operating in a high growth, performance driven VC environment
Ambition to play a visible role within a category leading AI platform
