
Packaging Associate
The Packaging Associate plays a key role in the production process by operating machinery, assembling components, labeling products, performing quality checks, and packaging finished goods. This position may also involve minor equipment setup and operation depending on the production area. Responsibilities
Operate slitters and other production machinery safely and efficiently Assemble products with accuracy and attention to detail Perform labeling and ensure all products meet quality control standards Package finished goods securely for shipment or distribution Conduct minor equipment setup and basic machine adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Must-Have Skills
Machine operation Packaging Assembly Mechanical aptitude Skill Details
Ability to operate production machinery Experience with packaging processes and materials Hands-on assembly experience Strong mechanical understanding and troubleshooting awareness Nice-to-Have Skills
Production experience Material handling Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or equivalent experience Manual dexterity and strong handeye coordination Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage Work Environment
Clean, organized production environment Work in teams of 24, with strong emphasis on collaboration Dress code: jeans or work pants (no leggings or sweatpants) Required PPE: safety glasses, nitrile gloves, cut?resistant gloves Workers must provide their own steel?toe boots Schedule
