
We’re looking for a
Real Estate Attorney
with experience in
land use, zoning, and related real estate matters
to join a growing firm working on sophisticated real estate and development projects across New York.
What You’ll Do
Advise on
land use, zoning, and entitlement issues
Interpret zoning codes, municipal regulations, and land use policies
Support real estate transactions, development projects, and due diligence
Draft and review real estate and land use–related agreements and filings
Interact with municipal agencies, zoning boards, and planning authorities
Provide practical, business-minded legal guidance to clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
JD from an accredited law school
Active admission in New York
(in good standing)
3+ years
of experience in land use, zoning, real estate law, or a related practice
Working knowledge of New York zoning and land use regulations
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with development or entitlement projects
Exposure to commercial real estate transactions
Familiarity with municipal or regulatory approval processes
Salary commensurate based on experience.
