What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers
Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and service retention
Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries
Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives
Undertake additional duties/projects as assigned by business management
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
Less than 2 years of experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
