What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers
Conduct follow-up interactions post-sale to support customer satisfaction and service retention
Communicate service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives and market strategies
Manage other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Less than 2 years of experience engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
Less than 2 years of experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings to potential customers
Proven track record of working in a target-driven sales role and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification demonstrating knowledge and skills in sales strategies and customer interaction
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification enhancing skills in delivering effective training and performance improvement interventions
