What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED

Proven sales proficiency in direct consumer sales, particularly in door‑to‑door sales tactics

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interactions

Strong ability to engage customers and enhance their satisfaction and loyalty

Flexibility to adapt sales approaches based on varying customer needs and market conditions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

Experience in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics

Knowledge of telecommunications market dynamics and effective sales strategies

Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)

Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
