Automotive Parts Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-notch customer service by welcoming customers and helping them choose the right merchandise.
Assist management and installer specialists in meeting the needs of professional customers.
Complete relevant training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, assisting customers by providing accurate part information, pricing, and recommendations.
Manage cash transactions efficiently and securely, ensuring accuracy in the cash drawer.
Process returns and exchanges gracefully, following company policies.
Address customer complaints with a positive attitude and resolve issues effectively.
Contribute to store operations through inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining a clean workspace.
Utilize testing equipment and perform basic in-store services for customers as permitted by local laws.
Drive a delivery vehicle when necessary, provided your driving record meets company standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to quickly and accurately match alphanumeric sequences.
Commitment to providing friendly, professional customer service.
Strong multitasking skills to handle inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
Preferred:
Knowledge of automotive parts and services.
ASE certification.
Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
