Coda Search is partnering with an RE Investment Manager located in NYC area. This is a highly reputable growing firm The team is seeking to hire an Assistant Controller who will be responsible for overseeing a team as well as their own portfolios of commercial properties preparing the monthly/quarterly financial statements, CAM reconciliations, budgets, forecasts and leading the annual audit. will work closely with the asset managers and leasing specialist and overseeing all aspects of the property from start to finish.

Responsibilities: Review and analyze monthly/quarterly fund finance financial statements Lead overseeing the balance sheet/P&L reconciliations and monthly accruals Manage the GL and prepare any adjusting entries Review cash applications for approval Prepare the CAM reconciliations Prepare budgets/forecasts for each entity Oversee the annual audit
Qualifications: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or Business CPA with Public accounting experience 4+ years of real estate fund experience Advanced excel skills (VLOOKUP's/pivots) Prior experience with CAM reconciliations
