Account Manager / Recruiter
to support our continued growth in healthcare and enterprise IT staffing and consulting. This is a
dual-role position
that blends
business development, client account management, and full-cycle recruiting , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment. This role is not transactional. You will act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates—owning relationships end to end, from identifying hiring needs and developing accounts to delivering top technical talent. What You’ll Do
Build and manage client relationships with healthcare systems and enterprise organizations Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement Collaborate closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM/ATS systems Serve as a consultative advisor, providing market insights and talent guidance What We’re Looking For
Experience in
IT staffing, recruiting, account management, or B2B sales Comfort with
cold outreach, relationship building, and high-volume communication Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and searches simultaneously Business-minded, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance and growth Clear career growth path in recruiting, account management, or sales leadership Performance-driven culture with uncapped earning potential Opportunity to work with leading healthcare and enterprise clients Supportive, team-oriented environment with hands-on leadership If you’re looking to build a long-term career in
