In a Customer Service Representative job you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical equipment issues.
Responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Processing customer orders and modifications accurately and efficiently.
Handling and escalating complaints while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Documenting customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
Developing strong product knowledge to effectively support customers.
Providing feedback to improve customer service operations.
What you’ll need:
Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
