Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid-Market Account Executive based in New York, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. You will own the full sales cycle across mid-market mortgage organizations — from outbound prospecting to close. The role includes leading client presentations, negotiating agreements, executing sales strategy, managing pipeline and forecasting, and consistently achieving revenue targets. What you will do

Execute consistent outbound prospecting, including high-volume cold calling Build and manage your own pipeline through disciplined daily activity Book and run qualified meetings sourced through your own outreach Own the full sales process

Lead consultative discovery to assess fit, urgency, business impact, and decision criteria Deliver compelling product demos tailored to stakeholder priorities Guide prospects through evaluation, procurement, and decision-making Proactively manage objections, maintain deal momentum, and drive opportunities to close Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management Improve the sales motion

Provide structured feedback on ICP targeting, messaging, and buyer behavior Identify patterns in objections, buying signals, and competitive positioning Contribute to refining and operationalizing a repeatable mid-market sales playbook Deal Profile

Target ACV: $35,000–$100,000 Average sales cycle: 30–60 days Primary focus: New logo acquisition within the mid-market segment Who you are

Proven success in sales and client relationship management, including lead generation and closing Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations Experience in mortgage, financial services, or technology is a plus Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
