Create, update, and maintain sales collateral including pitch decks, proposal templates, and case studies
Partner with sales leadership to develop clear and compelling sales materials
Document and streamline the sales process and sales-to-delivery handoff
Build and maintain a centralized repository for sales content and documentation
Regularly audit sales materials and processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
Strong experience creating and managing sales collateral (decks, case studies, scripts, documentation)
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to build structure from ambiguity
Strong written communication skills in English
Experience working with CRM systems and collaboration tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in marketing before transitioning into sales enablement or operations
Experience working in an eCommerce, technology, or consulting environment
Familiarity with RevOps concepts and sales/marketing alignment
Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams
