Job Title: Human Resources Director
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Fully On-Site)
Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 DOE
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead and elevate our people operations in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, on-site environment and is passionate about driving culture, performance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits
Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
Develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance engagement and retention
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Mentor and develop HR team members while fostering a positive workplace culture
Requirements
3–5 years of Director-level HR leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree required
HR certification required (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
Proven ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change
