Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, proactive, and self-driven Coordinator to support the Theatrical Creative Advertising team. This role requires someone who can take initiative, manage priorities independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while also working effectively in close collaboration with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities include a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, complex calendar management and scheduling, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel, managing expenses and budgets, and supporting overall project coordination.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple global locations and time zones
Track and process invoices and bills across multiple film titles
Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings with key stakeholders
Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expense reports
Partner with A/V and print vendors to manage creative materials
Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables; follow up on outstanding items
Maintain and update creative agency trackers and databases
Support special projects as business needs arise
Contribute positively to a highly collaborative team environment
Foster a supportive and engaging team culture
Qualifications
Experience with executive level calendar management
1+ years of administrative assistant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Cloud
Experience coordinating travel
Understanding of the Entertainment Industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, entertainment, or an adjacent field
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
