What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary architect and administrator of the Growth technology stack, including maintenance and upgrades of systems
Support the adoption and effective use of the technology stack across Growth Development and Network Development
Evaluate existing technology and assist in the investigation, implementation, and rollout of new technology solutions
Develop documentation, processes, and reporting to ensure efficient operations
Manage projects related to the implementation and rollout of changes and systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in marketing or sales operations
Minimum of 3 years in a marketing operations or sales operations management role
At least 3 years managing/implementing a variety of growth-enablement tools
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with B2B and/or B2C/DTC events
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in creating clear, non-technical communications using tools like Google Docs and Microsoft PowerPoint
