What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary architect and administrator of the Growth technology stack, ensuring its health, integration, and optimization
Support the adoption of technology tools across Growth Development and Network Development, including process documentation and reporting
Evaluate existing technology and investigate, implement, and roll out new technology solutions
Maintain existing systems, including upgrade scheduling and managing personnel changes
Manage the implementation and rollout of changes and systems effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in marketing or sales operations
Minimum of 3 years in a marketing operations or sales operations management role
At least 3 years of experience managing and implementing growth‑enablement tools such as Outreach.io, ChiliPiper, and Salesforce.com
Proven project management skills for managing the implementation and rollout of systems
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Experience in B2B and/or B2C/DTC event management
Ability to synthesize complex sets of information into clear, non-technical communications
Excellent organizational skills and self‑motivation to work remotely with minimal supervision
Experience with tools like Google Docs and Microsoft PowerPoint
